We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BWE

Job Purpose:

Manage the contracts in order to meet financial and operational goals and ensure compliance with quality & safety objectives. Represents the company before the client and give support to site manager, seeking for customer and employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Profitability:

• Report the project’s financial and profitability results to the Business Manager.
• Manage resources, subcontracts, and the direct team (Site Managers) to plan operational capacity for project execution.
• Follow up on the project schedule and milestones.

Quality:

• Manage project execution in accordance with Berkes Group’ quality policies, procedures, and regulations, avoiding additional after-sales costs.

Safety:

• Manage the project execution according with Berkes Group accident prevention and safety policies, procedures and practices.

Client satisfaction:

• Manage customers requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (customers, employees, community, government, others) while representing the company.

People & Team Performance and Development:

• Manage people and team performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
